About Tesco

Tesco Equipment LLC continues to lead the industry by engineering high-capacity hydraulic scissor lifts solutions designed to thrive in high-cycle environments.

Tesco’s high commitment to quality is also reflected in our customer focus. With a wide variety of standardized lifts, with capacities up to 16 tons, we have a pre-designed hoist solution for most customers. Safety is always a top priority at Tesco. Our hoist systems meet all applicable existing ANSI, SAE, and OSHA safety standards.

Our 30,000+ sq ft facility in Coral Springs, Florida, houses complete in-house capabilities — from CAD design and laser cutting to certified welding and final assembly. Every product is engineered, fabricated, and tested under one roof.

Our History

KEY MILESTONES

1940s

Company was founded as a small truck equipment shop in South Florida.

1950s

Starts in-house manufacturing of scissor lifts for small construction applications.

1960s

Entered into aviation catering and maintenance applications with National Airlines and Pan Am as roll-out customers.

1970s

Partnered with Flite Line Equipment, a manufacturer’s representative which saw new aviation market penetration world-wide.

1980s

Exponential growth in construction and aviation markets.

1990s

Secured contracts with major airlines and air cargo, moved from Davie to current Coral Springs location.

2000s

New product lines introduced and old lines updated, NASA partnership.

2010s

Expanded CNC fabrication capabilities with Trumpf laser and punch systems. Continued aerospace and defense partnerships.

2020s

Awarded SpaceX contract for custom Raptor engine servicing lifts.
